This is our large seaside holiday house with its own beach reserve just in front. It has all the comforts of home, but with the feel of the true kiwi holiday bach, suitable for large groups or gatherings of friends and family. There are expansive decks all around the house and large lawn and garden areas. Plenty of room to pitch a tent or two. There is also ample off street parking. The house is open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with 3 double bedrooms. The large bathroom has shower, vanity and toilet. There is a second (separate) toilet, plus laundry facility, back yard barbeque area, and log fire in the lounge for your cosy winter escape.
